Returns/Exchange

Returns

-Items may be returned for Store Credit Only.  Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received.  Jean Vashon will not except accept any returns after 30 days.  Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains makeup, deodorant, or wear).  Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.  If not reported, you will not be issued credit.  No money back refund will be provided.

Exchange

-Items can be exchange for size adjustment reasons. 

Tailoring

-Please keep in mind all products are custom made by hand.  If any special request is desired, (to change length, adjust to certain bust/waist size, etc.) an additional charge will be required.
